Building marketing foundations for growth
Chapter IV Consultancy was appointed to support The Pet Vet, a much-respected independent veterinary group with multiple surgeries across the UK, at a pivotal stage in its growth.
With limited internal marketing resources, Chapter IV developed a comprehensive strategy and took full responsibility for its execution, producing brochure content, mailer campaigns, and educational materials for pet owners, while managing content across digital and offline platforms.
This hands-on involvement helped establish a consistent and engaging brand presence, driving client engagement and supporting business expansion. As a result of this foundation work, The Pet Vet was able to appoint an in-house marketing manager to continue building on the strategy and support the group’s ongoing growth.
