Sometimes all you need is a good listener and to know you are on the right path. Having spent just one morning talking around the business strengths, target audience and current marketing of this innovative young business, it was clear that’s its entrepreneurial owner had a firm grasp of what was required.

True, that as a start-up, penetrating a competitive market would take some smart moves and intelligent marketing, but with a solid background in marketing, Kiron, owner and manager, knew exactly where to start with this. Starting with highlighting each point of difference in her offer was key to standing out from the crowd. Some tweaking of messaging, expanding her offer to increase the target demographic and reviewing channels and content all helped to make a difference.

With an exceptionally high level of training behind her, Kiron new that customers needed to feel completely safe in her care, trust and confidence would become the cornerstone of her journey with her clientele. Once through the door, her personability, professionalism and diligence spoke for itself and loyalty has never been an issue. Her branding received a face-lift too, and soon the business began to stand out, be talked about and the referrals started to flood in.

As a start up, there was a modest budget, but marketing doesn’t have to cost the earth. Clearly focused, creative and well placed communications have elevated this incredible young business to new heights, generating a momentum of its own. Onwards and upwards!
